We never share customer information with third parties. Your account details are accessed via our privacy and security plug-in — no admin, manager, or worker ever sees your login details directly.

3. Account security during service
Customers are asked to avoid logging into the account while service is actively being completed unless discussed beforehand.
Unexpected logins may interrupt the service process and create unnecessary risk.
4. Fair refund policy
If an order has not started, a refund can be discussed.
Once work has begun, refunds may no longer be possible.
If unexpected issues occur on our side, we will always work toward a fair solution.
